Ahlstrom-Munksjö: Change of the Composition of the Board of Directors

Helen Mets-Morris, Executive Vice President Materials at Royal DSM, has been elected Director of the Board of Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj as of November 26, 2021. Helen Mets-Morris, who holds British and Dutch citizenship, is Executive Vice President Materials and member of the Executive Committee at Royal DSM.
As Executive Vice President Materials she’s responsible for the strategy and steering of DSM’s specialty materials businesses which serve global end-markets including electronics, automotive, medical, personal protection and apparel. Her functional responsibilities include performance and strategic direction of Safety, Operations, Energy Management and Procurement across DSM. She will continue in her current role at Royal DSM.
This appointment increases Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj’s Board of Directors to eight. The new composition of the Board of Directors of Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj is as follows: Ivano Sessa, Peter Seligson, Lasse Heinonen, Alexander Ehrnrooth, Halvor Horten, Michael Siefke, Karl-Henrik Sundström and Helen Mets-Morris.
