Ahlstrom-Munksjö’s parent company Spa Holdings 3 Oy, the issuer of EUR 350 million senior secured notes due 2028 and USD 305 million senior secured notes due 2028, admitted to the Official List of The International Stock Exchange, has registered with the Finnish Patent and Registration Office as its business name Ahlstrom-Munksjö Holding 3 Oy and registered address Alvar Aallon katu 3 C, 00100 Helsinki, Finland.
Ahlstrom-Munksjö Holding 3 Oy, Spa US Holdco, Inc. and Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj and its subsidiaries together form the Ahlstrom-Munksjö Holding group of companies.
