Ahlstrom-Munksjö to enter a Finnish Commercial Paper Program

Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj has decided to enter a Finnish Commercial Paper Program with Nordea Bank Abp, Danske Bank A/S Finland Branch, Swedbank AB (publ) Finnish Branch, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Helsinki Branch, and OP Corporate Bank plc as arrangers of the program.
The aggregate nominal amount of outstanding notes under this program is limited to EUR 300,000,000. The notes are guaranteed by Ahlstrom-Munksjö Holding 3 Oy.
The Finnish Commercial Paper Program provides additional flexibility to the company’s short-term funding, which is currently supported by its committed revolving credit facilities and committed and uncommitted bank facilities.
