Munksjö Oyj has on 8 May 2015 received an announcement referred to in Chapter
9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which Lannebo Fonder
AB's holding in Munksjö has fallen below the threshold of 5 per cent.

According to the announcement, the direct holding of Lannebo Fonder AB has on 6
May 2015 decreased to 2 465 116 shares, corresponding to 4.83 per cent of
Munksjö's shares and voting rights.
